                               RESOLUTION NO. 19398
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF THE 3600 BLOCK OF 4TH AVENUE MORE
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN ON SATURDAY,
                   APRIL 18, 1992 FOR THE PRESENTATION OF "THE
                   CRIME AND BLIGHT SEMINAR" UNDER THE
                   SPONSORSHIP OF THE GREATER EAST LAKE
                   COMMUNITY COUNCIL.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of 4th Avenue between 36th Street and 37th
       Street on Saturday, April 18, 1992 from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.
       for the presentation of "The Crime and Blight Seminar" under the
       sponsorship of the Greater East Lake Community Council provided
       that the sponsors shall set out and pick up all flasher
       barricades, traffic cones, and traffic signs in accordance with
       the traffic control plan attached hereto and shall provide, at 
all
       times, an access lane for residents' and emergency vehicles.
